In this video I talk about the importance of using proper body mechanics when you bend forward.

The reason this is important is that every time you bend forward you increase the stress on the lower discs in your spine. If you don’t learn how to bend properly, you will never be able to fully recover from your back pain.

You will also learn two exercises designed to groove this motor pattern into your body.

You will learn how to keep your spine in a neutral position as you bend from the hips.
