You must learn how to squat using your hips and not your back. We will cover 2 exercises designed to groove this motor pattern into your body.
This squatting movement will also be used in many of your daily activities such as:
- Lifting
- Doing the dishes
- Brushing your teeth
- Getting in and out of a chair
