In today’s video I am going to talk about Pandemic Mask Sewing Syndrome.
Even if you are not sewing masks it’s important that you watch this video as the principles we are going to talk about apply to other things as well, such as sitting at a desk.
You will meet 2 women who are spending hours and hours sewing masks to help keep us safe.
They both started to develop pain and tightness in their upper back areas from sitting at their sewing machines for hours each day.
I will share the 3 pronged approach we used to keep them sewing, as well as, 3 exercises you can easily do at home.
