Now that summer is here and restrictions are lifting, if you are like me, I’m busting a gut to get out on the road and do some driving.
Quite honestly, I don’t have anywhere particular in mind (I’m open to ideas), I just want to get out there.
The problem is that as we sit in a flexed posture for an extended period of time our bodies tend to tighten up. Over time we start to slouch, which adds even more tension to our spines and backs.
What fun is it to drive somewhere and be all stiff and sore when you get there?
In this video I share some of my favourite exercises I put together while travelling back and forth to school in Iowa.
P.S. The nice thing about these exercises is that they can be done in a standing position, no need to get down on the ground!
